Hybrid Reference Current Generation Theory for Solar Fed UPFC System

The extensive usage of power electronic components creates harmonics in the voltage and current, because which, quality delivered gets affected. Therefore, it is essential to improve power, as we reveal this paper. problems load voltage, source factors are mitigated by utilizing unified flow controller (UPFC), which a combination series shunt converters combined through DC-link capacitor. To retain link maximize PV module introduced with high gain converter, named switched clamped diode boost (SCDB) grey wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm instigated for tracking maximum power. link-voltage capacitor, artificial neural network (ANN) implemented. A proper control UPFC highly essential, achieved reference current generation aid hybrid algorithm. genetic algorithm, hybridized radial basis function (RBFNN), utilized switching sequence, generated pulse has been given both PWM generator. Thus, reactive compensation, results attaining unity factor. projected methodology simulated MATLAB perceived that total harmonic distortion (THD) 0.84% attained, almost factor, validated FPGA Spartan 6E hardware.
